We're an independent creative studio and every booking genuinely matters to us. At the same time, we understand that life doesn't always go to plan, and we'll always do our best to work with you.
If something comes up, please let us know as soon as possible. The earlier we hear from you, the more options we have to help.
Public Sessions & Events
Transferring to a future class If you contact us more than 2 days before your session, we'll happily transfer your ticket to a future class at no extra charge.
Less than 2 days notice With less than 2 days to go, we don't have enough time to resell your spot; so we're unable to offer a transfer. However, you're welcome to send someone else in your place. Just let us know their name before the event.
No-shows We're unable to offer refunds or transfers for no-shows. If you know you can't make it, please reach out, even last minute, so we can try to help.
Vouchers, coupons & gift cards We don't offer refunds on expired vouchers, coupons, or gift cards, whether purchased directly from us or through a third-party vendor such as Groupon. If your voucher is close to expiring and you're struggling to find a suitable date, please contact us before it expires and we'll do everything we can to find you a solution.
Private & Corporate Events
Private and corporate bookings involve significant preparation, so slightly different terms apply.
Deposit & payment A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due one week before your event, payable by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal.
Cancellations Your initial deposit is refundable only if a cancellation request is received more than 30 days before the event date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
Postponing or rescheduling We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule:

More than 7 days before the event: we'll move your booking to a new date at no extra charge

Less than 7 days before the event: rescheduling is still possible, with a $50 rebooking fee applied
Late commencement A $50 late commencement fee applies in the following situations:

If we are not given access to the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time; we need this time to set up properly and make the experience great for your group

If our facilitator is required to wait more than 30 minutes for attendees before the session can begin
We include this not to be rigid, but because our facilitators give their full energy to every event, and preparation time is part of that commitment.
