These terms exist to make sure everyone has a great experience — and knows exactly what to expect. Please take a moment to read them.
1. Who this applies to
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Art Bubbles website and all services we offer; including painting events, private experiences, corporate and team building sessions, The Human Edge Ai leadership experiences, Coaching Through Art, retreats, courses, and any future programs offered by Art Bubbles.
By booking with us or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't proceed with a booking or use our site.
2. Booking & payment
To secure your place at any Art Bubbles experience, you'll need to complete a booking through our website or by contacting us directly at info@artbubbles.com.au.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept direct debit, credit card, debit card, and PayPal. Your spot is only confirmed once payment has been received.
For private events, corporate programs, retreats, and coaching; payment terms will be confirmed at the time of enquiry and outlined in your booking agreement.
3. Cancellations & refunds
We understand that life happens. Here's how we handle cancellations:

More than 2 days before your event — credit toward a future session (no cash refund)

Less than 48 hours before your event — unfortunately we're unable to offer a credit, as materials and preparation will already be underway

No-shows — bookings are non-refundable
If Art Bubbles needs to cancel or reschedule an event for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date; whichever you prefer.
For corporate bookings, retreats, and coaching programs, specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual agreement.
4. Your participation & liability
We take every reasonable care to make sure our experiences are safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone. That said, participation in any Art Bubbles experience is at your own risk.
By attending, you acknowledge that creative activities involve some inherent physical element — moving around, handling materials, and so on — and that Art Bubbles is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during a session, except where caused by our own negligence.
If you have any health concerns, mobility considerations, or specific needs, please let us know before your session so we can make sure the experience works well for you.
5. Your content & photos
We love capturing the joy and creativity that happens at our events. Photos taken at both public and private Art Bubbles sessions may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
If you'd prefer not to be photographed, just let us or your event host know at the start of the session; we'll always respect that.
If you'd like a photo, testimonial, or review removed from any of our platforms, simply reach out to info@artbubbles.com.au and we'll take care of it promptly, no questions asked.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Art Bubbles website; including our logo, images, written content, program names, and methodologies, belongs to Art Bubbles or our licensed partners.
You're welcome to share our content on social media with appropriate credit. However, reproducing, copying, or distributing any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is not permitted.
7. Use of our website
Our website is here to help you explore, book, and connect with Art Bubbles. Please use it for its intended purpose. You may not use our website or services to do anything unlawful, harmful, or disruptive.
8. Your data & privacy
We are committed to handling your personal information with care and respect. How we collect, store, and use your data is explained in full in our Privacy Policy.
On the subject of data specifically: any personal information you've shared with us over the years is stored securely. We are actively working to keep our records clean and up to date. If you unsubscribe from our emails or SMS communications, we will not contact you again through that channel unless you choose to re-subscribe. That's a promise.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes means you accept the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page occasionally so you're always in the loop.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
