Cancellation Policy

Art Bubbles Private & Corporate Event Booking and Cancellation Policy Effective as of 1/05/25. 1. Booking and Payment Terms - A $100 deposit is required to secure all private or corporate bookings. - The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date. - Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or PayPal. - Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and Art Bubbles has issued a booking confirmation. 2. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations, made more than 30 days before the scheduled event date, are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. - Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit, which is non-refundable due to preparatory costs incurred. 3. Postponement and Rescheduling - Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled event will be processed free of charge, subject to availability. - Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event will incur a $50 re-booking fee. - Any rescheduled event must take place within 6 months of the original booking date. 4. Changes in Group Size - For bookings originally made for 25 or more participants, if there is a reduction of 4 or more attendees on the day of the event: - A refund for the absent participants will only be processed after a $200 administrative fee is paid. This fee contributes to staffing and preparation costs based on the originally confirmed headcount. 5. Late Commencement Policy A $30 late commencement fee will apply in the following circumstances: - If access to the venue is not granted at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event time for set-up, or 30 minutes post-event for pack-up and cleaning. - If the Art Bubbles instructor is required to wait more than 30 minutes past the scheduled start time due to late arrival of attendees. 6. Additional Notes Clients are encouraged to confirm all venue access, parking, and logistical requirements in advance. Art Bubbles reserves the right to refuse refunds or reschedule requests that do not meet the terms outlined above.
